- Our products are manufactured in state of the art factories in Canada, Germany & China
- If I got the wrong colour can I return it?
- Once the product is in its package and sealed it can be fully refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
- How long will a refund take?
- Refunds can take up to 14 days to process and for the money to appear in your bank account
- How much does it cost to return an item?
- Unfortunately, we do not cover item return costs and the risks involved are your own. The only exception to this is if the error was on our side.
- Is your brand Cruelty-Free?
- Yes, all products are 100% Cruelty-Free in line with all EU Regulations.
- Is your brand vegan friendly?
- Where possible some of our products are 100% Vegan Friendly.
- Are your products hypoallergenic?
- Our products undergo rigorous testing procedures to reduce reactions; however, we cannot assume that no reactions will occur based on a variety of personal circumstances. Sometimes a change in environment, skincare, medicine or diet can impact your skin when combined with cosmetics. A patch test should always be conducted 24-48 hours prior to first use, and we recommend consulting our ingredient list to determine if there are any known allergies. If irritation occurs, stop using the product immediately.
